Skype - voice and video over internet
People are able to use internet as an way to communicate, by using different kind of services to do so. One of the first ones is Skype.com. By using skype, people are able to make calls to other users within the Skype for free.
Are you intrested to be in contact with your frieds abroad or see your relatives at least online more often. Really usable way to be in contact in reasonable prize.
I have created skype "profile" just for one group project at school. In the end, we didn´t even use the skype because it was so much easier and faster over the phone. I didn´t have time to sit on the computer, but we talked things over very effectively by using mobilephone. Since that project I haven´t found any situation in my life where I could have used it.
ReplyDeleteI quite agree with the comment above. Also created the account for one school project but we didn't use Skype after all. But perhaps next autumn I'll have a chance to practise it because I know there are more advanced Skype users in our group!:)
