Whether to be or not to be part of social media?
For some being part of social media is part of daily rutines and for others, it's something to avoid. This is what we tried to solve and find out. Solutions should be some kind of guide whether people should or not be part of social media and in what kind of channels you should use in differen kind of situations.

Social media as an issue is very much up front in todays world. Everything should be done online and customer service and communication happens very often through computers. This is partly very silly, do our youngsters in the future how to communicate face to face?
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid more or less they won't be able to do that... Unless something very fundamental changes very rapidly e.g. in our education system. In a wider perspective, dosent Matti Rimpelä from the Uni of Tampere recently suggested that social skills should be taught at elementary school or, even earlier, in kindergarten as core subject. Not a bad idea at all!
